- 2 tbsp scraped coconut
- 1 tbsp fresh cream

- 1 small stick cinnamon

- Heat oil in a wok.Sprinkle half crushed whole garam masala and few peppercorns.When they splutter,lightly fry the sliced onion.Set aside.
