- Take a wok add oil, ginger garlic paste,n chicken cubes, fry until color changes, then add soya sauce, chilli flakes, black pepper, salt n chicken powder saute for 2 min then add cut veggies stir fry n set aside

- Then turn on the flame n bring it to boil (yakhni) now add shredded chicken, salt, chinese salt, corn kernels then add cornflour (dissolve in water) stir well then add a beaten egg stir good aur turn off the flame
- For sour chillies: take a sauce pan add vinegar n freshly cut chillies in it. stir for 2 min and pour into small bowl
