  1. Add the mince chicken into a grinder and grind them well. You can also use boneless chicken.

  4. Now cover and keep the chicken stuffing in a refrigerator for about half an hour. Then remove it. Now take a boiled egg and coat it well with the chicken mixture. Repeat the same with both the eggs & keep it aside.
  5. Now crack an egg, add some salt to it and beat it well.
  6. Now take a coated egg devil and dip it once into beaten egg then coat it with bread crumbs, again dip it into beaten egg and coat it with bread crumbs. (Repeat the coating of egg and bread crumbs twice). Now repeat the same process with the second egg devil and keep it aside.
  7. Heat a kadai and add oil for frying. Once the oil gets hot, put the coated balls into it and fry them on a low flame for about 8 to 10 mins., until crisp and golden brown. Cut them into halves.
  8. Serve them hot with tomato ketchup or any chutney of your choice.
