- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

- 1 cup curd
- 3 sliced onions
- 1 tbsp each of red chilli powder, kitchen king masala,

- 2 cups pre boiled rice
- As Required Whole garam masala
- 1 cup pudina
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 1 boiled egg for garnishing
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions to make to make Chicken biryani
- Take oil in a pan. Add onions.Saute it
- Now add ginger garlic paste. Saute it
- Once done add tomatoes. Keep it on low flame
- Once onions tomatoes are soft. Switch off the flame and allow it to cool and grind it well to form a paste
- Now take oil to add all whole garam masala. Add onions and tomatoes paste
- Add all dry masala. Now add chicken and curd
- Mix everything properly and let it get roasted together
- Once mixtue leaves oilput water and allow it to cook on low flame for 30mins..until chicken is tender..
- By the time boil rice and divide it in 3 portions
- Colour it green, yellow, and orange.
- Assemble rice with chicken.. Add coriander leaves and pudina on each layer..
- Finally, garnish it with a sliced boiled egg.
- Keep it on dum for 10 mins
- Serve hot with salad
