- 250 g noodles

- 1/2 cup Carrot(julienne)
- 1/2 cup Capsicum (julienne)
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Hot sauce
- Spring onion for garnish
- Ingredients for chilli mayo sauce
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Hot sauce
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Ingredients for fried rice
- 3 cups Boiled rice
- 1/2 cup Cabbage chopped
- 1/2 cup Capsicum (julienne)
- 1/2 cup Carrot(julienne)
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- Salt to taste
- 2 eggs
- Oil ras equired
- Peanuts for garnish
Steps to make to make Singaporean rice
- In a pot add water, when it starts simmering add oil salt and noodles when boil noodles are 80% cooked.strain and set a side.
- In a pan add oil then add carrot, capsicum and cook on high flame for 1 minute then add black pepper,salt,hot sauce and noodles toss it well for 3 minutes.lastly sprinkle green onion and set a side
- Heat oil in a pan, add chicken and cook for 4 minutes. Now add chilli powder, salt, Peprika powder, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder and cook for 2 minutes. Then add ketchup water and cook for 5 minutes until you get glazy sauce.
- In another pot heat oil,add eggs and scramble them,then add Capsicum,carrot, cabbage, black pepper,salt,soya sauce, vinegar,boiled rice and cook for 3 minutes.fried ride is ready
- In a bowl add mayonnaise, hot sauce, ketchup,salt,black pepper and give it good mix.
- In a serving platter add spaghettis in bottom,top it with fried rice and chicken.then drizzle sauce on top. garnish with spring onion and peanuts
- Delicious Singaporean rice is ready to serve
