- Stir fried veg + noodles
- 200 gm Boiled noodles
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Ginger (julienne)
- 1/2 cup Capsicum
- 1/2 cup Spring onion
- 1 cup Cabbage
- 1/2 cup Carrot
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- Mayo sauce
- 1/3 cup Ketchup
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Hot sauce
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- Egg fried rice :
- 1/2 kg Boiled Rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 Capsicum chopped
- 1 Carrot chopped
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Chicken powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions to make to make Singaporean rice
- To make chicken gravy, heat oil and add chicken and ginger garlic paste and fry until chicken changes color. Add soya sauce, vinegar, salt, red chili, black pepper and mix well. Add hot sauce, ketchup and little water and cook for 3-4 minutes more. Dish out
- In the same pan, add oil and all vegetables except green onion’s green. Add soya sauce, salt, black pepper, red chili and stir fry for 1-2 mins. Add boiled egg noodles and toss. Add sesame oil and green onions’ green. Toss well and dish out in a bowl and set aside.
- Mix all Mayo sauce ingredient and pour in a sauce bottle. Set aside.
- In a pan add oil, beaten eggs and scramble it then add veggies and fry for a minute or two then add boiled rice, chic powder, black pepper.. Give it a dum and dish out
