  2. Aik pan m payaz,garlic ka paste aur oil dal kar 10 ay 15 mint tak high flame par golden brown kar ly.

  4. Ab is m mashed chickpea dal kar masaly ko 10 ay 15 mint tak achi tarah cook kar gravy bana ly
  5. Ab is m chane add kar achi tarah cook ly
  6. Cook krne ke baad is m 1 glass pani add kar ly uar is ko 10 sy 15 mint tak low flame par cover kar ke rakh dy
  7. After 15 mint is m black pepper add kar dy ab flame off kar day.
  8. Optional: (Tari) Aik pan m garlic paste, lal mirch aur oil dal kar isy low flame par tarka tayar kar ly is m spoon ko hilaty rhy q ke tarka jal na jaye jab oil ka colour change ho jaye to is m sy garlic ko nikal kar tarky ko salan ke uper dal dy.
