- Sb se pehle tawa ko garamkren ar oil ya butter dalen... Phr is ma dar chini, long,hari elaichi,zebra,tez pat dal kar fry karein phr is ma pyaz dal kar golden brown kar lein phr is ma chopped tomatoe ginger garlic paste, dhaniya powder, haldi,lal mirch powder,salt dal kar bhonein..
- Phr is ma chicken dal kar bhonein...jab tak colour change na ho jaye... phr is ma 3 tbsp dahi dal kar mix karein achi trh se...
