- 50 gm long grain rice
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp rose water
- 2 tsp kewra water

- Take the boneless chicken in a bowl
- Then,add curd,all the paste,masala powder in chicken.
- Next,add lemon juice,red food colour in it
- Marinate them in bowl with salt.

- Then,take water in pan with salt,ginger chill paste,coriander leaves,oil and whole garam masala.
- Boil the water during 5min

- Add some boil rice water in it
- Add rose and kewra water on it.
- Cover it and keep it for steam during 20min
- After that,open the lid and mix all of them with a bowl
- Put it in plate with potato and egg.
