- 300 gram potatoes (cut)
- 1 kg rice (boiled)
- 3-4 onions (sliced)

- 1 tblsp garlic paste
- 1 pack Biryani masala (big)
- 1 cup dahi
- 2 small tomatoes
- 1/2 bunch hara dhania
- 4-5 green chillies
- 1 1/2 cup oil

- Heat oil and fry onions until golden brown.
- Now add ginger garlic paste in it and fry for 2 minutes.
- Now add chicken and fry until colour changes. And then add masala, yogurt and tomatoes in it.

- In another pot, add oil and potatoes. Sprinkle some salt and red food colour and cover and cook until potatoes done.
- Now in the chicken gravy, add potatoes and mix it. When potatoes and chicken done add green chillies and hara dhania and turn off the flame.
- ASSEMBLING: now in a daighchi add some oil in the bottom and spread boiled rice.
- Now spread gravy on rice. Repeat the step. Add tomato slices and also sprinkle some biryani masala.
- Put it on dum for 15 minutes. Chicken biryani is ready.
