  1. First we take a 1/2 kg of chicken in a bowl.Then we put 1/2 kg of yoghurt put in it.Then add 2 tbsp garlic paste & 2 tbsp ginger paste.
  2. Then we will add 1 tbsp dhaniya powder,1/2 tbsp zeera powder,1 tsp garam masala powder,1&1/2 tbsp lal mirch powder, 1/4 tsp yellow food colour,1/2 tsp jaifal powder, 1/2 tsp javitri powder, 1 tbsp salt.
  3. Then add 4 tbsp of lemon juice. Then we will make it. Then put it in marinate for 2 hours.
  4. Take a separate pot, put it on the stove & put a cup of oil in it. Then put sliced onion in it. Then make it golden brown.
  5. Then put sliced tomatoes in it. Then put a little plum in it. Then put 6 green papers in it.
  6. Then put marinated chicken in it. Then turn off the stove. Then put coal in it.
  7. Then steam it for 3 minutes. Then extract coal from it. And turn on the stove.
  8. Then mix all these things. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Then add mint leaves.
  9. Then mix them all well. Then cook it on high heat so that its oil comes up. Then add 1 kg of boiled rice.
  10. Then put mint leaves in it from above. Then add fried onions. Then add yellow food colour to it.
  11. Then cover and steam on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
